Leads the Talent Acquisition team and oversees end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Creates brand-aligned visual concepts and marketing assets for print and digital channels, including brochures, social media ads, email campaigns, websites, banners, and infographics. Collaborates with marketing, copywriting, and other teams to support campaign goals, maintains reusable design assets and templates, contributes creative ideas, and stays current with design trends. Requires strong visual design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Own database security across Oracle and SQL Server environments, including vulnerability remediation, hardening, patching, encryption, privileged access, auditing, SIEM integration, authentication, and incident investigation. Collaborate with InfoSec, Infrastructure, Application, and DevOps teams to implement secure, reliable configurations. Automate security checks, assess performance and availability risks, document root causes and remediation plans, and provide data-driven technical recommendations.

Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot microservices; implement API Gateway patterns; build and consume RESTful APIs; ensure security, monitoring, and fault tolerance; collaborate on CI/CD, containerization, and deployments; troubleshoot and optimize applications for scalability and performance.

Execute and reconcile deposits with bank statements, process merchant withdrawals, audit sales records for accuracy and legal compliance, identify discrepancies, recommend process improvements, and help prevent fraud while supporting financial operations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Angular front-end and .NET/.NET Core back-end. Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker containers, and RabbitMQ messaging. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and PMs, debug and upgrade systems, follow Agile, and mentor junior developers.

Provide first-line application support: troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalate complex cases, participate in training, gather feedback, analyze and fix urgent incidents within 24 hours, maintain production availability (>=99.5%), meet incident SLAs, and participate in on-call rotations to minimize downtime and customer impact.

Design, build, and optimize Android POS applications for Sunmi and PAX devices. Implement secure payment flows (EMV, ISO-8583), integrate NFC/smart card standards (APDU, MIFARE, DESFire), handle peripherals (printers, card readers, scanners), and lead architecture, code quality, and cross-SDK reusable components. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product, QA, backend, and payment vendors.

Manage, configure, and maintain SQL Server environments; monitor and optimize performance; implement backup, recovery and high-availability (Always On) strategies; collaborate with development and infrastructure teams; troubleshoot database issues and ensure security and data integrity.

Design, extract, clean, and validate data from Oracle databases; write SQL and Python for ETL and analysis; build and maintain Power BI dashboards; collaborate with finance, data engineers, and BI analysts to define metrics, ensure data quality, and document transformation logic.
