Design, build, and optimize Android POS applications for Sunmi and PAX devices. Implement secure payment flows (EMV, ISO-8583), integrate NFC/smart card standards (APDU, MIFARE, DESFire), handle peripherals (printers, card readers, scanners), and lead architecture, code quality, and cross-SDK reusable components. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product, QA, backend, and payment vendors.

Design and produce marketing visuals across digital and print channels using Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, and specialists to develop on-brand assets, maintain reusable design libraries, and contribute creative ideas while managing multiple projects and staying current with design trends.

Provide first-line application support: troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalate complex cases, participate in training, gather feedback, analyze and fix urgent incidents within 24 hours, maintain production availability (>=99.5%), meet incident SLAs, and participate in on-call rotations to minimize downtime and customer impact.
