Leads the Talent Acquisition team and oversees end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Develops sourcing strategies, manages pipelines, partners with hiring managers, supports senior and hard-to-fill hiring, and ensures a positive candidate experience. Monitors recruitment KPIs, prepares reports, improves processes, maintains ATS records, supports compliance, coaches team members, and contributes to workforce planning and manpower strategy.

Leads project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, progress monitoring, and risk or issue resolution. Coordinates project teams, supports project management process improvements, and ensures deliverables remain on time, within scope, and within budget. Requires at least three years of project management experience and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, and Excel.

Leads software quality assurance activities, including mobile test automation, API and database testing, regression and smoke testing, performance and load testing, and defect reporting. Collaborates with developers and stakeholders, improves QA processes, and mentors junior team members. The role requires hands-on Appium and REST Assured experience, Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge, and familiarity with tools including Postman, Swagger, SQL, Oracle Database, JMeter, Android Studio, IntelliJ IDEA, and Eclipse.
