Designs and implements DevOps processes and tools for continuous integration and delivery. Automates builds, releases, deployments, and configuration; manages Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD, migrations, upgrades, service management, system integration, monitoring, and application availability across Linux and Windows environments. Collaborates with engineering and QA teams, maintains technical documentation, troubleshoots infrastructure, and coordinates with vendors.

Leads the Talent Acquisition team and oversees end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Develops sourcing strategies, manages pipelines, partners with hiring managers, supports senior and hard-to-fill hiring, and ensures a positive candidate experience. Monitors recruitment KPIs, prepares reports, improves processes, maintains ATS records, supports compliance, coaches team members, and contributes to workforce planning and manpower strategy.

Leads project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, progress monitoring, and risk or issue resolution. Coordinates project teams, supports project management process improvements, and ensures deliverables remain on time, within scope, and within budget. Requires at least three years of project management experience and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, and Excel.
