Provides administrative and operational support across business, finance, marketing, sales operations, and external partnerships. Coordinates communication, projects, schedules, meetings, documents, cash-out processes, reports, data entry, office supplies, contracts, and petty cash. Supports indirect sales representatives and validates documentation with internal and external stakeholders. Requires 0–2 years of experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Monitors SIEM alerts and security logs to detect suspicious activity, identify patterns and anomalies, and support rapid incident response. Assists with detection-rule implementation, vulnerability scans, security assessments, and penetration testing. Uses threat intelligence to identify emerging risks and recommends appropriate controls. Requires 1–2 years of SOC or comparable cybersecurity experience, familiarity with security tools, and foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems, cybersecurity threats, SIEM platforms, and incident response procedures.

Leads the company’s procurement function, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, vendor relationship management, and procurement reporting. Develops procurement plans and strategies, monitors spending and supplier performance, ensures policy and documentation compliance, identifies cost-saving opportunities, improves processes, and manages the procurement team. Uses Excel for reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and procurement tracking.
