Oversee and manage budgeting processes, analyze financial data, prepare budget and management reports, identify variances, collaborate with departments to ensure budget compliance, and deliver timely financial insights to senior management to support planning and reporting.

Lead BI efforts by translating business requirements into data models, ETL designs, and interactive dashboards (Power BI/Metabase). Perform SQL and DAX development, Oracle data warehouse work, and use Python and ETL tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow) to deliver KPIs, reports, and analytics for decision making.

Monitor and maintain payment systems to minimize disruptions; provide technical support for payment platforms; troubleshoot with developers; assist users; document configurations and incidents; manage refunds or reprocessing of missed vouchers.
