Leads production, subcontractor, demand, supply, and delivery planning for an autonomous drone manufacturer. Manages the Planning team, production schedules, work orders, inventory policies, forecasts, capacity analysis, customer deliveries, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and subcontractors while using performance metrics to optimize service levels, inventory, and production execution.

Leads and builds a frontend/full-stack team responsible for a real-time C2 operator application. Owns architecture, technical standards, delivery, hiring, mentoring, cross-team integration, and end-to-end frontend systems. Collaborates with backend and edge teams on telemetry, video streaming, control systems, distributed architectures, scalability, performance, and constrained or air-gapped deployments.

Lead a three-person IT team while remaining hands-on with troubleshooting, system administration, infrastructure, service management, Microsoft 365 and Azure-related systems, endpoint management, networks, asset lifecycle, vendors, and IT projects. Improve service reliability, documentation, automation, employee technology experiences, and operational security across endpoints, identities, infrastructure, and business systems.

Supports multidisciplinary autonomous aerial systems and counter-drone programs by coordinating cross-functional workstreams, procurement, hardware readiness, system rollouts, field trials, customer deliveries, action items, risks, and documentation. Owns assigned deliverables from planning through completion, facilitates team alignment, resolves bottlenecks, and serves as a client focal point. Prior project management experience is not required.

Owns implementation, configuration, and operation of enterprise security tools and controls. Monitors and investigates alerts, coordinates remediation, manages endpoint, identity, network, device, cloud, and vulnerability controls, and develops incident-response procedures. Translates policies into technical safeguards and supports audits, risk assessments, evidence collection, compliance, documentation, and reporting while collaborating with IT, R&D, stakeholders, and vendors.

Design, build, and operate low-latency, resilient distributed backend systems for autonomous platforms. Lead architecture, implement real-time communication, telemetry and SDKs, ensure scalability, observability, and reliability across heterogeneous devices and fleets.

Tracks and expedites open purchase orders with local and international suppliers, coordinates delivery dates, manages order changes and delays, updates ERP records, and reports on supplier performance. The coordinator collaborates with warehouse, production, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve supply issues, supports buyers, and contributes to procurement process improvements.

Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex hardware, software, networking and integration issues for autonomous drone systems. Troubleshoot, perform RCA, support mission-critical incidents, validate integrations and deployments, develop playbooks, and collaborate with R&D and field teams to improve operational reliability.

Develop, update, and maintain technical and operational documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, user guides). Collect and structure technical information from engineers and SMEs, format documents to standards in Word, create and update diagrams in Visio, and ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency for intended audiences.

Develop and execute flight test plans for UAV systems: design scenarios, lead field test preparations and execution, collect and analyze flight data, ensure safety and V&V compliance, coordinate with engineering and operations, and produce technical test reports with recommendations.

As a Prototype Integrator you will assemble and integrate mechanical and electronic systems, configure and calibrate prototype platforms, conduct ground and flight testing, and troubleshoot issues to rapidly iterate proof-of-concept drone systems in a fast-paced development environment.
