Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and internal IT systems. Install, diagnose, and repair hardware and software issues. Image and configure servers and machines, troubleshoot TCP/IP and L2/L3 networking, configure Forti/Cisco routers and switches (VLANs/VPNs), maintain asset inventory, and support onboarding/offboarding.

Contribute to Ground Control Systems system engineering for UAS: define CONOPS, system architecture, interfaces, requirements, HMI, use cases, and documentation. Support integration, verification, validation, design reviews, subcontractor coordination, and customer demonstrations throughout the system development lifecycle.

Lead design and integration of GNSS-denied navigation and precision homing for aerial systems. Define system requirements and architecture, perform sensor fusion and state estimation, drive simulation, lab and flight validation, debug complex navigation issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors, and enable reuse of navigation building blocks across projects.
