Lead and manage all quality control activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspections; handle nonconformances, failure analysis, measurement equipment calibration, quarantine, and quality reporting; collaborate with Production, Engineering, PPC, and suppliers to meet inspection plans, drive continuous improvement, and lead a team of quality inspectors.

As a Prototype Integrator you will assemble and integrate mechanical and electronic systems, configure and calibrate prototype platforms, conduct ground and flight testing, and troubleshoot issues to rapidly iterate proof-of-concept drone systems in a fast-paced development environment.

Design and develop high-fidelity simulation environments and infrastructure integrating Core, Edge, and C2 software. Build scenario creation, testing, and validation tools, integrate simulation into CI/CD pipelines, optimize performance for multi-agent scenarios, and collaborate with engineering teams to model accurate real-world behaviors.
