Provide direct patient care under RN supervision: bathing, feeding, ambulation, vital signs, intake/output, weights, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, documentation in the EMR, assist with admissions/transfers/discharges, positioning and transfers, maintain skin integrity, follow infection control and safety procedures.

Designs, develops, and maintains cloud and on‑prem data solutions for provider master data, roster integrations, contract/network participation tracking, ETL/ELT pipelines, reporting datasets, and dashboards. Provides production support, documentation, data modeling, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver validated analytics and BI products for network management and provider operations.

Lead and manage outpatient nursing operations for Patient Access and Care Team (PACT) triage. Performs routine and complex neurodiagnostic tests (EEG, NCV, EP), maintains equipment and records, responds to seizures and emergencies, provides precepting, supports long-term monitoring and intraoperative neuromonitoring, and follows ABRET standards and infection control practices.

Lead and coach ambulatory primary care quality improvement initiatives using project management, Lean/QI frameworks, and statistical analysis. Plan and run interdisciplinary projects, develop metrics and dashboards, conduct chart audits, train clinicians/staff, recommend best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality, safety, service, and cost-effective patient care.

Provide clerical support to the neurosurgery department: answer phones, manage mail, set up charts, schedule interpreter services, maintain inventory and case-count reports, and perform general office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department including vital sign monitoring, 12-lead EKGs, phlebotomy, basic procedures support, patient transport, supplies/equipment management, documentation in the EMR, behavioral health monitoring, and maintaining competencies and infection-control practices.
