Provide continuity of care for heart failure patients by performing nursing assessments, developing interdisciplinary care plans, educating and advocating for patients/families, coordinating transitions across care settings, and supporting program quality and outreach.

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered urgent care via telehealth: evaluate and manage acute conditions, prescribe and order/tests, document in Epic, educate patients, escalate care as needed, and meet productivity expectations.

Perform advanced financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decisions, capital planning, and compliance. Lead financial projects, mentor staff, interpret accounting standards, apply Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement rules, and present findings to senior leadership while driving process improvements and systems utilization.

Provide operational and technical support for video collaboration, telehealth, and digital media platforms. Set up and operate video conferencing systems, troubleshoot and escalate issues, perform upgrades and maintenance, manage AV inventory, coordinate vendors, and maintain user directories and documentation. Support weekend and evening events.

Provide clinical support in a nephrology clinic: room patients, obtain vitals, document in the EHR, administer medications, assist with procedures, perform medication reconciliation, order entry, scheduling, and patient education.

Provide onsite and remote AV and video-conference setup/support for events, maintain AV equipment inventory, perform troubleshooting, upgrades, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, documentation, and end-user training, primarily during evenings and weekends.

Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures in an outpatient GI lab. Assist physicians and CRNAs during procedures, monitor patients pre/intra/post-procedure, administer medications per protocol, maintain equipment, document care, and provide patient education and discharge instructions.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for outpatient physical therapy across multiple sites: greet patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, answer/triage calls, manage medical records and reports, assist with referrals/authorizations, process basic billing tasks, and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Provide comprehensive paralegal support for contracts, corporate records, regulatory research, litigation support, due diligence, document production, and matter management. Draft and review legal documents, assist attorneys, manage workflows and deadlines, mentor paralegals, and serve as an internal resource on contracting and compliance within a healthcare legal environment.

Provides perioperative and delivery support in Labor & Delivery: scrubs and assists for obstetrical procedures, prepares supplies and equipment, assists with deliveries and direct patient care, maintains sterile supplies and unit readiness, trains staff, documents patient condition, and performs cleaning/stocking duties. Must meet age-specific care standards and participate in on-the-job training.

Assist in endoscopic procedures by transporting and positioning patients, setting up and testing equipment, handling specimens, performing high-level disinfection of endoscopes, ensuring electrocautery safety, documenting and communicating with clinical team, and supporting pre/post-procedure patient care. Participate in call rotation and may precept new staff.

Provide emergency medical care and basic life support, respond to ambulance calls, transport patients safely, operate ambulance equipment, complete patient care documentation, and follow protocols and medical direction. PRN schedule with variable hours.

Abstract patient data from medical records for trauma and TBI research, coordinate patient follow-ups, administer research questionnaires, ensure accurate data entry, resolve data queries, participate in quality control and training, and collaborate with clinical and research teams.

Performs general diagnostic and fluoroscopic radiographic procedures, communicates with patients and radiologists, positions patients, selects exposure factors, maintains records and billing codes, ensures radiation safety and image quality, and performs patient transfers and physical tasks per departmental policies.

Manage and coordinate clinical staffing resources 24/7 to ensure optimal patient care, staffing productivity, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, budgeting, HR activities (hiring, performance, terminations), and integration of divisional goals across departments.
