The role requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, sales, and product teams in a medical device or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.

Administers and maintains the preventive maintenance program in a CMMS. Responsibilities include updating equipment, asset, work order, PM schedule, and maintenance documentation records; reviewing work orders; generating reports; supporting data migration and cleanup; assisting users; and maintaining procedures. The role requires accurate data entry, organization, documentation management, and collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and operations personnel.

Oversees accounting personnel, supports strategic and complex financial transactions, prepares Audit Committee materials and audited statements, and develops infrastructure for public-company rigor and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Requires CPA certification, extensive accounting leadership experience, ERP and consolidation expertise, and medical device industry experience.

Leads Advita’s global technology organization and enterprise IT strategy. Oversees applications, software development, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, support, governance, technology portfolios, vendors, budgets, and transformation initiatives. Partners with executives to modernize technology, improve operational performance, ensure compliance and resilience, and support business growth. Builds and leads geographically distributed technology teams while managing enterprise-scale implementations, organizational change, investments, and service delivery.

Leads infrastructure and cybersecurity across a regulated manufacturing organization. Owns IT architecture, cloud and OT environments, disaster recovery, service desk, security frameworks, identity management, vulnerability management, incident response, risk, compliance, vendor relationships, budgets, and team development. Ensures validated systems and electronic records meet FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements while communicating technology risks and priorities to executives and business leaders.
