Provides hands-on technical leadership for an Azure-based enterprise platform supporting ordering, surgical workflows, inventory, fulfillment, billing, and mobile field operations. Owns web, mobile, services, data, security, integrations, offline-first synchronization, CI/CD, testing, and deployment architecture. Leads distributed engineering resources, stabilizes production systems, establishes delivery standards, and translates business needs into a technical roadmap. The role requires substantial experience with production mobile applications, enterprise systems, regulated industries, and business-critical transactional platforms.

Leads cross-functional operations projects focused on cost reduction, value engineering, process improvement, supply chain optimization, and margin expansion in a regulated medical device environment. Manages project plans, risks, budgets, stakeholders, savings metrics, and executive reporting while balancing cost, quality, compliance, performance, and supply continuity. Partners across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, finance, quality, regulatory, and supply chain to deliver measurable savings.

Leads enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and variance analysis. Partners with functional leaders to provide insights on performance, pricing, margins, costs, investments, and strategic initiatives. Builds financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and business cases while improving FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, and planning systems. Coordinates with Accounting and supports executive, lender, investor, audit, and corporate development needs.
