Provide management consulting support for business transformation and AI-enabled initiatives. Structure complex problems, develop actionable recommendations, improve processes, identify AI use cases, build business cases, manage project workstreams, lead client sessions, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver transformation outcomes.

Supports consulting engagements through market and operational research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, strategic recommendations, business cases, operating models, process improvements, transformation plans, and AI use-case evaluation. The role contributes to client workshops, presentations, project tracking, AI-enabled workflows, and capability building while developing consulting expertise across strategy, transformation, and emerging technologies.

Deliver management consulting engagements spanning strategy, operating models, process improvement, transformation, and AI adoption. Analyze markets and organizations, structure complex problems, develop recommendations, create AI use cases and roadmaps, coordinate transformation activities, prepare client materials, facilitate workshops, coach teams, and support adoption of new ways of working. Build trusted client relationships and contribute to data-driven capability building.

Lead management consulting engagements and transformation workstreams from problem definition through implementation and adoption. Advise senior client stakeholders, conduct strategic and operational analysis, design operating models and process improvements, and translate AI opportunities into practical roadmaps. Manage delivery, risks, stakeholders, and project teams while coaching consultants. Support proposals, pitches, account growth, thought leadership, and new offerings, helping clients build sustainable AI-enabled capabilities and ways of working.

Lead end-to-end client engagements and workstreams to drive business transformation. Build senior stakeholder relationships, advise on AI and emerging technology adoption, support business development, mentor junior staff, and contribute to internal frameworks and IP.
