Lead end-to-end client engagements and workstreams to drive business transformation. Build senior stakeholder relationships, advise on AI and emerging technology adoption, support business development, mentor junior staff, and contribute to internal frameworks and IP.

Lead ADAPTOVATE's Texas and U.S. growth: drive commercial strategy, win and expand Fortune 500 engagements, ensure delivery excellence, recruit and coach consulting teams, and represent the firm in market and global strategy.
