We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our London team. You will play a key role in leading client workstreams, solving complex business problems, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering meaningful transformation outcomes. You will also contribute to business development and help strengthen our growing consulting practice.
What will you be doing?
- Lead workstreams within complex client engagements, from problem definition through to recommendation and implementation
- Structure ambiguous business problems, develop hypotheses, analyse information, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build trusted relationships with clients and manage day-to-day engagement with senior stakeholders
- Drive business transformation initiatives across areas such as operating model, organisational change, process improvement, strategy execution, and digital transformation
- Adapt your approach to each client context, ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable, and focused on measurable outcomes
- Bring an informed perspective on AI and emerging technologies, helping clients understand where they can create genuine business value
- Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, research, account development, and client conversations
- Support and develop junior consultants through coaching, feedback, and high-quality project leadership
- Contribute to ADAPTOVATE’s intellectual property, methodologies, and points of view based on project experience and emerging market needs
What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
- Approximately 5–8 years of management consulting experience, ideally within a leading strategy, management, transformation, or digital consulting firm
- Currently operating at Senior Consultant, Manager, or equivalent level
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capability
- Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting workstreams and managing client relationships independently
- Experience across business transformation, operating model, organisational change, digital strategy, process improvement, or strategy execution
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to structure a compelling story, present confidently, and adapt your communication to different audiences
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex client environments
- Commercial awareness and some exposure to business development, proposals, or account growth
- Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology and how these can be applied to business transformation; technical expertise is not required
- Ability to support and develop junior team members while maintaining high standards of delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or MBA
- 5-8 years of consulting experience, currently at Manager level (or equivalent) in a top-tier or leading firm
- Proven track record delivering complex workstreams and managing client relationships independently
- Experience across business transformation, organisational change, digital strategy, or operational improvement
- Clear, compelling communication and presentation skills; ability to structure a story and adapt style to the audience
- Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies and their role in business transformation
- Experience contributing to business development: leading proposals, RFPs, research, and client conversations
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge and IP
