As an Associate Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you will work directly with clients to solve complex business problems, deliver meaningful transformation, and identify practical ways to apply AI and emerging technologies to improve how organizations operate.
This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting skills, a business transformation mindset, and hands-on exposure to applying AI to real business challenges.
What will you be doing?
- Structure complex business problems and translate analysis into actionable insights for clients
- Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance customer and employee experience
- Support clients in identifying, prioritizing, and applying AI-enabled solutions and use cases that improve decision-making, operations, and business performance
- Contribute to AI and digital transformation initiatives, including use-case identification, business case development, adoption, and implementation
- Coordinate project workstreams, manage stakeholders, and help embed new capabilities and ways of working
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with client teams to solve problems, align priorities, and move initiatives forward
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes, ensuring milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved in fast-paced environments
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance environment
What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
- 3–6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in client-facing management consulting, strategy consulting, or transformation consulting
- Fluent Polish and strong English
- Strong structured problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down ambiguous business problems, develop hypotheses and translate analysis into clear recommendations
- Experience owning or materially contributing to consulting workstreams and client deliverables
- Strong client-facing capability, including stakeholder management, presentation and communication with senior stakeholders
- Experience in business transformation, operating model, process improvement, digital transformation or organisational change within a consulting environment
- Practical exposure to AI, automation or emerging technologies and an understanding of how they can create measurable business value
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders without needing to be a software engineer or data scientist
- Commercial curiosity, ownership and comfort working in fast-moving client environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology or a related field
- Willingness to travel as required
AI experience is valuable, but it is not a substitute for strong consulting experience.
