Manages external counsel, litigation strategy, statutory compliance, licenses, government liaison, regulatory inspections, commercial agreements, legal records, dashboards, and governance processes while advising leadership and cross-functional teams on business expansion and legal risks.

Leads strategy and execution for multi-city new store rollouts, managing schedules, budgets, vendors, governance, risks, and launch readiness. Partners with cross-functional teams, builds scalable project frameworks, optimizes capital expenditure, tracks performance through leadership dashboards, and develops a high-performing Projects team. The role requires ownership of nationwide expansion delivery, stakeholder alignment, vendor accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manages quality assurance across stores, including food safety compliance, hygiene inspections, operational audits, SOP development, vendor and supply-chain quality, corrective actions, staff training, customer complaint analysis, and quality reporting. Tracks audit scores, wastage, compliance, complaints, and corrective-action closure while driving continuous improvement and presenting performance updates to leadership.

Manages a cluster of stores by overseeing operations, sales, profitability, compliance, customer experience, inventory, and staffing. Leads Store Managers and teams through coaching, performance reviews, manpower planning, and succession development. Conducts store visits and audits, ensures hygiene and food-safety standards, addresses operational gaps, coordinates with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Training, and Marketing, and supports new store launches and expansion initiatives.

Lead multi-unit restaurant operations across a designated region, owning P&L performance, revenue growth, profitability, cost control, compliance, food safety, and customer experience. Coach Restaurant and Store Managers, develop succession plans, monitor operational KPIs, conduct audits, resolve escalated concerns, and coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Training teams. Support new store openings and ensure consistent SOP execution across 8–20 outlets.

Leads abcoffee’s growth and business development strategy, including strategic partnerships, revenue opportunities, new channels, GTM initiatives, campaigns, forecasting, and performance measurement. Owns growth targets and commercial negotiations while coordinating cross-functional execution with Operations, Marketing, and Technology. Builds and mentors the Growth/Business Development team, develops dashboards and business cases, and presents performance and growth plans to senior leadership.
