Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, staffing, quality control, safety compliance, reporting, and process improvement. Coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure accurate and timely shipments, supervise warehouse personnel, analyze operational metrics, and implement cost-saving efficiency improvements. Requires 1–2 years of operations experience, specifically in 3PL companies; an MBA in Operations from a top business school is preferred.

Prospects and qualifies clients, presents warehousing and logistics solutions, understands customer needs, negotiates contracts and pricing, collaborates with marketing, operations, and customer service, and maintains accurate sales records in CRM software.

Oversee warehouse operations, client execution, strategy implementation, continuous improvement projects, performance analysis, risk mitigation, and team leadership. The role manages operational efficiency, identifies process bottlenecks, reports facility metrics to senior leadership, and scales an on-ground operations team. Candidates need 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in 3PL companies, with strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and people-management skills. An MBA in Operations from a top business school is preferred.
