Manages payroll reconciliation, salary and deduction queries, payroll reporting, labor-law compliance, and vendor coordination. Supports blue-collar hiring by gathering requirements, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing onboarding documentation. Requires advanced Excel skills, analytical and organizational abilities, problem-solving, negotiation, and vendor management. An MBA or PGDM in HR or Finance is required, along with strong academic performance.

Supports employee development, training, performance management, employee relations, HR policy compliance, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organizational change management. Provides guidance on employee matters, interprets HR metrics, develops programs, and collaborates with leadership to promote an inclusive and effective workplace.
