Supports talent acquisition for entry-level roles across operations, sales, marketing, and software development. Responsibilities include gathering hiring requirements, creating job descriptions, coordinating recruitment workflows, executing campus hiring strategies, managing placement relationships, conducting screening and interview processes, maintaining ATS records, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and supporting offer and post-hire documentation.

Analyzes transportation spending, compares transporter costs and service levels, identifies optimization opportunities, negotiates vendor rates and payment terms, prepares MIS dashboards and reports, detects data trends and anomalies, coordinates vendor payments with Operations and Finance, and improves transport processes through automation.

Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, staffing, quality control, safety compliance, reporting, and process improvement. Coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure accurate and timely shipments, supervise warehouse personnel, analyze operational metrics, and implement cost-saving efficiency improvements. Requires 1–2 years of operations experience, specifically in 3PL companies; an MBA in Operations from a top business school is preferred.
