The Brown-Forman Specialist drives sales and brand visibility for Brown-Forman's portfolio in local outlets, managing promotions and accounts while ensuring strategic growth and consumer engagement.

Answer dealership service phones, greet customers, schedule and confirm service and pickup/delivery appointments, coordinate loaner vehicles and drivers, reconcile daily service deposits, follow up with clients post-service and for declined services, and support day-to-day service team operations.
