Implement and customize Epicor Eclipse ERP solutions for clients, mentor professional services consultants, configure software, deliver training and support, collaborate to understand business processes, ensure client satisfaction, meet project goals and timelines, and travel regularly to client sites.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) remote customer support: answer product/service questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, and handle inquiries and complaints.

Implement, configure, and support HCM solutions by gathering HR/payroll requirements, conducting fit-gap workshops, preparing functional designs, supporting SIT/UAT and deployments, collaborating on integrations and data migration, delivering user training and documentation, troubleshooting issues, and supporting post-go-live enhancements and compliance.

Run one-time strategic growth consults for small and mid-size creators, provide tactical recommendations, manage follow-up and outreach to ensure action, maintain a high-volume personalized calendar, track consults and pipeline, and help pilot new formats to scale 1:1 support.

Support regulatory change management: monitor and analyze laws, communicate requirements, track compliance evidence, conduct audits and risk assessments, support investigations, develop corrective actions, provide training, and coordinate regulatory communications and documentation.

Lead and oversee a portfolio of client-facing software projects: manage budgets, schedules, risks, status reporting, resources, and process improvements. Hire, mentor, and evaluate project managers; communicate with stakeholders and clients to drive on-time, high-quality delivery of consumer digital experiences.
