Lead execution of complex, multi-program efforts managing cost, schedule, scope, risk, and program controls. Coordinate PLMs and functional leads, oversee budgets/EAC, resource-loaded schedules, proposals, customer reviews, and mentor other PMs. Support business development and ensure compliance with company processes and export/ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing and processing contract documents and amendments, maintaining a contract database, tracking deliverables and deadlines, coordinating signatures, supporting procurement, organizing documentation, preparing reports, and assisting closeout. Remote U.S.-based role with regular travel within Maine.

Lead corporate FP&A including monthly close and board reporting, consolidate and analyze financial results, own annual planning and reforecast cycles, optimize Planful for forecasting/reporting, pilot AI automation, partner with functions on budgeting and decision support, prepare leadership presentations, and run ad-hoc analyses and projects.

Lead commerce strategy and day-to-day client management across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart). Drive retail readiness, PDP and content optimization, retail media planning, promotional execution, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination to grow client business.

Support material planning and scheduling, monitor part availability, maintain MOs and BOM accuracy, coordinate with Production/Purchasing/Warehouse, analyze inventory data, track critical components, assist receiving, and contribute to continuous improvement in material flow.

Manage assigned employee benefits accounts, perform financial analysis and renewals, negotiate with carriers, prepare marketing and benefit exhibits, coach account managers, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, ACA), and pursue retention and new business opportunities.
