Manage email CRM reporting, analysis, data flows, segmentation, and lifecycle automations. Build and QA email, SMS, and push campaigns, monitor deliverability, import/export data, and support loyalty communications and dynamic personalization.

Process accurate, timely payroll for exempt and hourly staff; verify timekeeping; manage deductions, leave, garnishments, and terminations; reconcile reports; coordinate 401(k) processing; support HR and Finance; ensure payroll compliance and confidentiality.
