Support the Controller in financial reporting, month/quarter/year-end close, supervising finance staff, improving controls and processes, managing audits, budgeting, AR resolution, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Lead fund-level financial modeling, forecasting, cash and liquidity management, and investor reporting for real estate private equity and debt funds. Provide portfolio analytics, scenario and covenant analysis, and strategic recommendations. Oversee data governance, reporting automation, and investor due diligence responses. Partner cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality investor communications.

Work with the machine learning team and portfolio managers to translate investment questions into ML problems, develop and evaluate data-driven models (including simulation and optimization), maintain production models and tools, document methods and results, and stay current with ML/AI techniques relevant to finance. Gradually take ownership of features, components, and end-to-end projects.

Support the Director in planning and managing exhibitions, programs, development, marketing, and communications across the Center. Oversee scheduling, coordinate education programming and outreach, assist with grant writing and donor relations, provide senior administrative support, and manage online communications and day-to-day operations.

Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements and supporting schedules for community associations. Audit transactions, maintain accounting controls, complete quality checklists, update cover memos, respond to financial inquiries, support month-end and year-end close, and participate in internal and external audits.

Design custom low- and medium-voltage switchgear and motor control solutions using AutoCAD. Prepare schematics, one-line/three-line diagrams, bills of materials, and wiring diagrams. Coordinate with project management, mechanical and purchasing teams, support sales/inspection, perform design reviews, and provide technical support throughout project lifecycle while adhering to codes and standards.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and go-to-market programs for the Artificial Lift portfolio. Translate technical offerings into customer-focused messaging, manage product launches, campaigns, digital and event marketing, sales enablement, content creation, market research, and performance reporting. Partner cross-functionally to drive brand positioning, lead generation, market adoption, and revenue growth.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for the Artificial Lift portfolio. Translate technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging, lead product launches, create content and campaigns, manage digital marketing and CRM/automation, coordinate events and trade shows, support sales enablement and lead generation, and measure campaign performance to drive market adoption and revenue.

Provide advanced technical support and configuration for Onits SaaS legal operations platform. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, advise clients on best practices, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, and drive product improvements based on client feedback.

Manage branch administrative and operational functions including employee administration, compliance tracking, invoicing and payables, procurement, office operations, timesheet and credit card processing, and supervise a part-time administrative assistant. Coordinate with HR, IT, and project teams to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to safety and company policies.

Process vendor invoices and payments, support Coupa procurement/AP platform, reconcile accounts, maintain process documentation, assist audits and reporting, and collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and GL teams to ensure accurate, timely AP operations.
