Perform month-end close, journal entries, AR management and reconciliations across multiple locations. Analyze multi-location financials versus budget, support audits, track AR metrics, investigate billing irregularities, and produce ad-hoc AR reports to improve collections and reserves.

Sell and support treasury management products to business clients through consultative analysis, pricing, proposals, implementations, and training. Identify cross-sell opportunities, ensure product integration and regulatory compliance, monitor profitability and account analysis, and participate in community/business development activities.

Support post-sales project operations: set up orders in ERP, maintain project data (JEE), coordinate with Engineering, Modeling, Project Manager and plant, manage change orders and notifications, prepare shop orders and BOMs, and assist with expedited deliveries and issue resolution.

Translate customer engineering packages into accurate, manufacturable BOMs and released configurations for telecom shelter and power infrastructure. Own BOM lifecycle, manage ECOs and configuration control, support customer technical discussions, and partner with manufacturing to ensure build readiness and continuous improvement.

Manage retrofit projects from site walkthroughs through installation, commissioning, QC, and closeout. Coordinate schedules, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams; train users and produce as-built, O&M, and warranty documentation. Provide onsite customer service and reporting.

Provide transactional corporate and commercial legal support: draft, negotiate, and interpret vendor, technology, and commercial agreements; support M&A, securities, governance, and equity plan administration; partner with product, engineering, and business teams to manage risk, build standard agreements and processes, and collaborate with outside counsel as needed.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and growth. Lead deployments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, provide best practices and training, liaise with Sales/Product/Engineering, manage account lifecycle, and support complex multi-site or distributed environments.

Lead sales and marketing operations by managing Salesforce/HubSpot stack, ensuring CRM data integrity, defining KPIs, delivering pipeline and attribution analytics, optimizing workflows, supporting territory and compensation modeling, and partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to scale growth.

Partner with independent operators and distributors to drive DSD sales, market penetration, and merchandising. Perform store visits, prepare weekly reports and KPIs, support promotions and resets, provide route assistance, liaise on settlement issues, enforce safety and compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow market share.

Provide legal support for non-40 Act registered products, international distribution, private funds, institutional client agreements, vendor contracts and NDAs, and regulatory examinations; assist General Counsel and Head of Regulatory on legal projects.
