Track issues and work effort, participate in projects and on-call rotation, develop foundational knowledge of applications and client workflows, and support departmental processes under supervision.

Lead product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, and commercialization for assigned global fitness brands. Drive cross-functional product development, financial ownership (P&L, forecasting, pricing), VOC and competitive intelligence, connected/AI-enabled product innovation, and executive-level portfolio reporting. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to launch and optimize products and meet global market goals.

Supports facility HR operations: manages timekeeping and labor, recruits and onboards staff, maintains personnel files, ensures training/compliance, assists investigations, provides HR reporting and cross-trains on business office tasks.
