Lead strategic account engagement and renewals for enterprise medical imaging customers. Drive software adoption, upgrades, professional services sales, and expansion. Own renewal forecasting, QBRs, customer success plans, health tracking, and cross-functional escalation management while capturing VoC and maintaining records in Salesforce.

Provide full-lifecycle grant and contract accounting, prepare budgets and funder reports, analyze variances, perform month-end close tasks, support billing and revenue recognition, and advise operational teams on financial compliance and reporting.

Support partnership and development operations including CRM data management, vendor contracting and payments, Asana project tracking, event support, research, SOPs, and administrative support for the Chief Partnerships Officer.

Provide remote and on-site IT support across the Raleigh-Durham area, troubleshooting hardware, software, servers, networks, and backups. Support Windows and macOS clients, Google Workspace, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tools, follow technical procedures for installations, maintain customer relationships, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Respond to customer billing and account inquiries via phone and email; process payments, credits, transfers, cancellations and service turndowns; educate customers on Sonic tools; maintain accurate notes and prioritize tasks while delivering high-quality customer service.
