Design, build, and operate scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines on AWS. Lead complex data engineering projects, translate business needs into data models and technical solutions, ensure data quality and reliability, and shape platform roadmaps. Integrate AI workflows such as LLM orchestration, embeddings, and vector search while collaborating with product and engineering teams across financial and analytical products.

Create reusable dashboards, data models, metric definitions, and decision-support insights across sales, customer success, services, support, and marketing. Analyze retention, churn, customer health, pipeline, marketing performance, and growth signals. Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations, advise senior stakeholders, and identify data infrastructure improvements. The role requires advanced SQL, modern BI expertise, light data engineering, and B2B SaaS or AI go-to-market knowledge.

Configure and upgrade casino finance software, build and validate system integrations, provide end-to-end production support, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and perform root cause analysis. Write SQL, XML, and C# code, use Git, document technical solutions, and support workloads across on-premise and AWS environments. Explain technical findings to customers and contribute to cloud migration, knowledge sharing, and responsible use of AI tools.

Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot and Node.js backend services, REST APIs, and containerized microservices on AWS and Kubernetes. Troubleshoot distributed systems, resolve production issues, implement SQL and NoSQL integrations, and support infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with engineering, product, infrastructure, and partner teams while owning technical issues through resolution and communicating risks clearly.

Ensures child, youth, and family services comply with Pennsylvania law, state regulations, DHS guidelines, contracts, and internal standards. Conducts interviews, reviews case and personnel records, investigates service concerns, identifies corrective actions, develops policies, coordinates audit data, and maintains compliance documentation. Produces narrative reports and advises leadership on regulatory updates and program quality findings.

Develops and maintains profitable vehicle transportation lane pricing across automotive customer segments. Responsibilities include benchmarking rates, building pricing models and dashboards, auditing rate and billing data, supporting bids and contract pricing, forecasting margins, identifying revenue leakage, and recommending rate changes. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, Data Science, and Engineering while governing rate structures, documenting methodologies, and improving pricing automation and data quality.
