Owns Contentstack’s AI-native go-to-market operating system across operations and analytics, GTM engineering, and GTM applications. Leads revenue, marketing, partner operations, forecasting, territory planning, deal desk, data governance, systems architecture, Salesforce and CPQ ecosystems, integrations, and AI-powered workflow automation. Builds the GTM Systems organization, establishes operating cadence and governance, and partners with executive leaders to improve efficiency, decision-making, and scalable revenue growth.

Administer and enhance Salesforce by configuring platform features, automations, security, reports, dashboards, and data processes. Provides Tier 1 and 2 software support through portal, email, phone, and chat. Provides personal and household administrative support, including managing deliveries, errands, meals, repairs, installations, vendors, building access, travel logistics, reservations, drivers, and service providers. Coordinate residential real estate transactions and listings for high-volume agents.
