About the Role
We're looking for an Enablement Operations Manager to run the operational engine behind a high-impact sales and field enablement function. You'll own the processes, tools, and metrics that keep training and content programs organized and measurable. The goal is for every program to run on time and actually improve field performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for enablement programs, including intake, planning, scheduling, and launch readiness
- Administer and optimize enablement platforms, such as learning management and content systems
- Build and maintain reporting on program adoption, completion, and impact on field performance
- Establish and maintain standard processes, templates, and governance for enablement content
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep programs on track and aligned with business priorities
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements that make enablement easier to deliver and consume
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in enablement operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or program management
- Hands-on experience administering enablement or learning platforms
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfort working with data to measure and report on program performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience with platforms such as Highspot, Gong, Seismic, or similar tools
- Experience supporting large or distributed field teams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content and workflow automation
Key Details
- Start Date: Flexible
- Duration: Long-term contract (length to be confirmed)
- Location: Remote (within the U.S.)
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
- Pay Rate: $65-$75/hour
- Employment Type: W-2 (no C2C or 1099)
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Engagement: Contract role through Maleda Tech.
