Leads revenue, marketing, partner operations, forecasting, territory planning, deal desk, data governance, systems architecture, Salesforce and CPQ ecosystems, integrations, and AI-powered workflow automation. Builds the GTM Systems organization, establishes operating cadence and governance, and partners with executive leaders to improve efficiency, decision-making, and scalable revenue growth.

Administer and enhance Salesforce by configuring platform features, automations, security, reports, dashboards, and data processes. Support users, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, conduct testing and releases, and improve business workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, project managers, and system administrators to deliver scalable solutions while supporting governance, compliance, data quality, and continuous platform improvement.

Handle inbound calls from cardholders and debt management partners, resolve inquiries, enter settlement agreements, process files, manage shared email communications, and maintain accurate records. Prepare documentation using Microsoft Office, perform precise data entry, collaborate with internal teams, and meet call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics while following company and regulatory requirements.

Manage the operational infrastructure for sales and field enablement programs, including planning, scheduling, launch readiness, platform administration, reporting, governance, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement. Measure program adoption, completion, and impact on field performance while optimizing enablement and learning systems. The role requires strong project management, data analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting distributed teams and enablement technologies preferred.

Provides Tier 1 and 2 software support through portal, email, phone, and chat. Documents issues, communicates proactively with clients, escalates technical problems to Engineering, maintains knowledge resources, identifies support trends, and participates in on-call coverage. The role also supports performance goals, workload management, special projects, and team enablement by mentoring new members and assisting Level 1 agents.

Provides confidential administrative and executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, document and presentation preparation, correspondence, call and email handling, and project support. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, judgment, multitasking, and deadline management while supporting C-level executives and handling ad hoc business and personal matters.

Owns the marketing operations strategy, systems architecture, data integrity, lead lifecycle, routing, attribution, reporting, governance, and marketing technology roadmap. Partners with sales and revenue operations, manages vendor decisions, ensures compliance, and leads the marketing operations team. The role requires strong HubSpot and Salesforce expertise, analytical judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to align marketing and sales around reliable funnel definitions and performance metrics.

Provides personal and household administrative support, including managing deliveries, errands, meals, repairs, installations, vendors, building access, travel logistics, reservations, drivers, and service providers. Requires responsive phone and text communication, strong written communication, and comfort using AI tools. Training covers client preferences, operating routines, vendor coordination, and communication workflows.

Coordinate residential real estate transactions and listings for high-volume agents. Maintain transaction records, manage timelines and documents, communicate proactively with clients and partners, and use Transactly and Brivity platforms. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, knowledge of residential real estate processes, and willingness to learn multistate contracts and compliance requirements.
