Own and scale paid acquisition across search, Local Services Ads, display, video, and CTV to drive qualified leads and SQLs. Optimize campaigns using HubSpot, GA4, GTM, CallRail, and Salesforce data; run A/B tests, manage budgets, launch new markets, and report performance to stakeholders.

Lead development and execution of legislative priorities and political strategies to protect and advance company and tribal interests. Research and analyze legal/regulatory issues, draft communications and legislative materials, build coalitions, represent CNB at meetings, advise leadership, manage projects and communications with officials, and support short- and long-range strategic planning. Travel, including overnight stays, required.

Perform data quality checks, develop analyses and financial models, implement test plans, audit data integrity, prepare reports and present insights to stakeholders. Support small-to-medium client projects and product implementations, and collaborate across business units to manage parts of project/product lifecycles.
