Own full-cycle new-business sales for NexHealth's Synchronizer API across SME and mid-market healthcare technology customers. Manage pipeline, qualify inbound developer signups, run demos and technical scoping, negotiate and close deals, keep CRM accurate, and help build the sales playbook.

Lead design, build, and validate end-to-end advanced AI systems (LLMs, agentic/multi-agent, distributed). Lead mechanical design, component integration, materials selection, safety compliance, testing and prototyping for a deep-tech product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to optimize performance, durability, and cost while meeting regulatory and safety standards.

Support post-award federal grants financial management and closeout operations, including financial analysis, reconciliations, de-obligation calculations, amendment processing, regulatory compliance with 2 CFR 200, stakeholder coordination, file review, and preparing closeout packages using GrantSolutions and tracking databases.

Refine, stabilize, and enhance a Google Docs add-on including Apps Script refactoring, OAuth2 and REST API integration, retry and sync logic, UI improvements, end-to-end testing, and preparing the add-on for Google Workspace Marketplace publication and security review.
