Leads executive communications and thought leadership for the Founder, CEO, and executive leadership team. Maintain patent and trademark prosecution dockets, calculate and track USPTO and international deadlines, review correspondence, enter deadlines into docketing systems, support filings and renewals, conduct docket reviews, communicate upcoming deadlines, and maintain accurate electronic records. Manage high volumes of matters independently while ensuring exceptional accuracy, organization, and timely identification of docketing issues.
