The Receptionist Intern provides administrative support including greeting visitors, managing calls, handling mail, scheduling, and assisting HR, under supervision.

Manage strategic client relationships across adoption, expansion, advocacy, and renewal. Responsibilities include account strategy, outbound pipeline creation, executive discovery, navigating complex regulated buying processes, negotiating strategic agreements, and delivering revenue outcomes. The role also feeds customer, competitor, and regulatory insights into product and go-to-market decisions. Candidates need enterprise B2B sales experience, institutional financial-services expertise, large-deal success, technical credibility, and experience selling emerging products.

Manages an assigned portfolio of managed services customers as the primary contact. Builds relationships, coordinates internal resources, handles service requests, prepares quotes, manages renewals and negotiations, monitors customer health, resolves concerns, maintains sales opportunities, and identifies account expansion and revenue-growth opportunities.

Manages core HR functions including employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, HR policies, employment-law compliance, payroll-related HRIS processes, performance management, talent reviews, FMLA, workers’ compensation, and employee training. Lead enterprise sales for automotive dealer groups, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline development through close. Build relationships with dealer principals and operational leaders, conduct high-value discovery, lead pricing and contract negotiations, support demos and pilots, and convert pilots to paid customers. The role focuses on multi-rooftop deals, pipeline quality, revenue per deal, conversion rates, and representing Cerence at industry events. Approximately 30% travel to customer sites is required.
