Supports the Advancement Office through daily gift entry, online donation reconciliation, donor and constituent record maintenance, biographical data verification, obituary and news reviews, and preparation of commemoration cards. Provides lobby coverage and assists with seasonal parent-record creation and Giving Day data verification. The part-time, in-person role requires accuracy, discretion, reliability, and the ability to learn college systems and online research platforms.

Responsibilities include forecasting, P&L and budget management, promotional ROI analysis, pricing and assortment recommendations, customer business planning, retailer negotiations, digital commerce execution, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Trade, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Brand teams.

Onboard and engage suppliers in public procurement programs, guide them through participation, and help promote awarded contracts to government agencies. Requires five years of administrative experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance. Government contracting or military administrative experience is preferred.

Manages fisheries data requests, develops SQL retrieval and validation scripts, documents business rules and data definitions, produces statistical reports, defines database requirements, creates reusable database objects, and administers user accounts and access policies. The role also coordinates with agencies, researchers, and other stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure accurate, standardized, timely information for fisheries management and research.

Manages invoicing, credit card billing, collections, payment posting, refunds, account reconciliations, and direct billing applications. Resolves billing issues, researches accounts, communicates about delinquent accounts, supports client billing inquiries, leads monthly accounts receivable meetings, and maintains reporting spreadsheets. Partners with management, internal teams, and clients to support timely payments and cash flow management.

Assists with civil engineering design, plan specifications, cost estimates, construction documentation, and project research. Supports AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation drawing updates, conducts field observations and data collection, and operates GPS and Total Station survey equipment. Works on transportation and infrastructure projects including bridges, grade separations, and culverts. Requires strong communication, organization, task management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
