Associate General Counsel will lead privacy and AI compliance, advise on legal ethics and regulatory developments, negotiate commercial and SaaS contracts, manage vendor and customer agreements, and support partnerships, M&A, fundraising, immigration, and visa petitions. The role will build scalable legal risk and compliance processes, collaborate with product, engineering, operations, founders, and executives, and use AI tools to automate legal workflows and contract review.

Supports agricultural equipment customers after purchase by promoting service contracts, conducting equipment demonstrations and operator training, providing basic precision technology support, and collaborating with sales teams on deliveries and follow-up. Documents customer activity in the CRM, maintains product and competitive knowledge, supports branch training, and reinforces safe equipment operation. The role requires up to 50% travel within an assigned territory and occasional off-hours or weekend availability.

Provides remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, networks, printers, and peripherals. Resolves help desk requests, troubleshoots complex issues, manages accounts and permissions, performs system maintenance, documents solutions, and supports new technology implementations. Lead Vidsy’s global partnerships strategy across major technology platforms, agencies, and ecosystem partners. Build executive relationships, create joint go-to-market and co-selling programs, generate partner revenue, and develop scalable partnership operations. Provide market and product intelligence to internal teams while representing Vidsy at industry events and executive meetings. As the function grows, recruit, mentor, and lead the dedicated Platform Partnerships team.

Develops and owns global franchise marketing plans for entertainment brands, including social, paid media, creator, influencer, and retail promotional campaigns. Manages agencies, freelancers, creators, campaign calendars, asset approvals, and direct reports. Collaborates cross-functionally to maintain brand alignment, monitors KPIs, optimizes campaigns, and delivers audience and performance insights through regular reporting.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, developing talent strategies and integrated solutions for workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, retention, engagement, performance management, leadership effectiveness, skill development, and productivity. Partners with HR Centers of Excellence, leads change initiatives, manages cross-functional projects, and establishes talent metrics to guide decisions and measure organizational impact.

Provides reception and administrative support in a busy school office by managing calls, visitors, meetings, transportation, enrollment, attendance records, admissions referrals, correspondence, student files, and confidential information. Coordinates with school districts, parents, staff, clinicians, and administrators while performing clerical tasks and assisting executive leadership. Requires professionalism, organization, multitasking, and adaptability in a high-interruption environment.

Lead product strategy and execution for visual collaboration features by aligning cross-functional teams, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, owning the lifecycle from ideation to launch, prioritizing roadmaps for business impact, optimizing KPIs through data-driven iteration, and partnering with design and engineering on technical trade-offs and user experience.
