Administer enterprise identity and SaaS application portfolio: SSO/MFA, SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, integrations and automation, cross-platform end-user support, documentation, and access reviews for compliance.

Provision, install, configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and related infrastructure. Perform patching, backups, performance tuning, capacity planning, recoveries, and application deployments. Use PRTG for monitoring, handle escalations, maintain procedures, participate in on-call pager rotation, and support occasional travel.

The Trading Systems Support Senior Associate will provide expert support for trading applications, resolve incidents, enhance monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational workflows.

Support onboarding/offboarding, manage access and IT asset inventory, provide first-level support for internal SaaS and ticketing systems, monitor dashboards/logs, troubleshoot and escalate incidents, maintain documentation and runbooks, and assist AI/ML and engineering teams with tool access.
