Contact incoming homeowner leads by phone and text to qualify remodeling opportunities, build rapport, schedule and confirm in-home consultations, record lead data in the CRM, follow up to reduce cancellations, and hit performance goals. Focus on creating high-quality appointments and converting interest into scheduled consultations.

Provide clerical and administrative support for a department or program: manage systems and workflows, schedule and coordinate meetings and program logistics, answer phones, prepare and edit documents and presentations, perform data entry and maintain records, manage office supplies and petty cash, file and scan documents, and perform other assigned office duties to support staff and stakeholders.
