The Manager Designate assists the General Manager in ensuring compliance with product and customer service standards, manages shift operations, trains staff, drives sales, and maintains inventory and budget compliance to achieve store goals.

Performs criminal and civil background screenings and diligent searches per state and DCF policy. Schedules appointments, captures fingerprints via Live Scan, collects documentation and fees, assists with searches, participates in training, and maintains confidentiality while supporting clients and staff.

Lead end-to-end product management for PBM, Ancillary Benefit Management, and specialty network offerings. Define roadmap, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, drive profitability and client metrics, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, streamline operations, support RFP/pricing, and launch/optimize products to align with business objectives.

Process and balance received payments, reconcile deleted checks with control logs, resolve discrepancies, process retail accounts per schedule, handle mail transactions by matching coupons to checks, and operate an Opex mail/scan machine.

Drive client relationship development and outreach to win projects across multiple service lines. Create strategic BD plans, support proposals and pricing, attend industry events, perform site visits, maintain CRM opportunity tracking, and collaborate with technical and marketing teams to grow revenue in the Florida territory.

Own operational and technical execution for Client Success: resolve HubSpot tickets, document bugs in ClickUp, configure PMS integrations (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Rent Manager, Entrata), run audits and reports, QA client setups, provide live support and training, and build knowledge-base and AI-powered efficiency tools.

Maintain general ledger, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, support month- and year-end close, prepare financial statements and management reports, handle AP/AR and payroll, assist with tax filings and audit preparation, support budgeting/forecasting, identify process improvements, and produce ad hoc financial analysis.

Support the Director of Marketing to develop and execute localized integrated marketing plans across channels. Create print and digital collateral, manage vendors, track campaign performance, uphold brand standards, coordinate promotions with sales, and handle occasional on-site visits and light physical tasks.

Participate in a training program to prepare for an Account Sales Manager role. Support sales initiatives, cover ASM routes, maintain customer relationships, execute in-store merchandising and displays, meet daily KPIs (sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts), assist with audits and team projects, and follow Red Bull execution standards.

Develop and maintain referral relationships across the assigned territory to drive admissions. Conduct frequent face-to-face outreach (≈90% customer-facing), deliver education, manage CRM documentation, execute data-driven sales plans, maintain call rotations (50+ calls/week), analyze trends, and meet growth and admission targets while providing exceptional account management and customer service.
