Lead AECOM's global desalination practice by setting strategy, driving business development, overseeing technical delivery and multidisciplinary teams, recruiting capability, managing major pursuits, and promoting innovation and client relationships across regions.

Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, engineering, field installation and start-up of technical projects. Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Mentor staff and interface with customers; may lead high-volume or critical accounts.

Monitor SIEM/XDR/EDR alerts, identify and respond to security incidents, perform root-cause analysis using MITRE ATT&CK, craft client escalations with remediation recommendations, and collaborate with SOC team to protect client assets.
