Support outside sales by driving automation product (VFD, MCC, gear) sales: provide technical support, product selection, training, quotations, develop sales strategies, mentor junior specialists, and manage customer relationships to move projects through the sales cycle.

Lead a global HR operations transformation team to improve HR service delivery using automation, AI, and data. Define roadmaps, KPIs, and SLAs, implement case management and HR technology solutions, mentor staff, and drive operational efficiencies and self-service adoption across People Services.
