Analyzes federal financial data, business processes, workflows, and requirements to improve planning, reporting, and operational outcomes. Generate and convert inbound leads, achieve sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, conduct high-volume outreach, and build healthcare client relationships. Maintain CRM records and forecasts in Zoho, identify upselling opportunities, and coordinate with marketing, product, support, and implementation teams. Establish relationships with healthcare decision-makers and hand off strategic accounts to account managers.

Support technical sales and engineering tasks including parts orders, selections, designs, AutoCAD work, market research, cold calling, special sales-team projects, and site visits to observe field service. Prepare, sort, and scan hardcopy documents into high-quality electronic images while meeting daily production goals. Maintain document order and sequence, follow imaging procedures, complete tracking documentation, communicate production updates, and keep the work area clean.
