The Consulting Engineer I will support power plant consulting projects, engage in technical discussions, manage project objectives, and maintain documentation.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered Salesforce Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions. Integrate Agentforce with CRM, Knowledge, Data Cloud and enterprise systems; implement Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, APIs; ensure security, testing, deployment, and performance; collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Lead the enterprise product roadmap for identity, governance, security, spend controls, and admin tooling. Partner with Fortune 100 design partners, sales, and engineering to translate procurement, compliance, and security requirements into shipped features that enable land-and-expand growth and enterprise-wide adoption of OpenRouter.

Manage a portfolio of North American payment-technology clients as primary contact to drive retention, upsell and revenue growth. Execute strategic GTM plans, conduct account planning and QBRs, coordinate with product/marketing/revenue teams, manage renewals and pricing, forecast in Salesforce, and represent TNS at industry events.

Own and grow a portfolio of global enterprise accounts: protect recurring revenue, drive renewals and expansion, build executive relationships, lead cross-functional strategy, mentor account teams, and execute commercial negotiations to meet retention and growth KPIs.

Lead design and delivery of SAP, procurement, and expense-management training (instructor-led, virtual, blended). Develop SOPs, job aids, and LMS content; support rollouts and site startups; monitor training effectiveness; provide user support; partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations to improve adoption, compliance, and processes.

Act as the primary client relationship lead, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account profitability. Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, align strategy with client goals, solicit feedback, resolve high-level conflicts, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for clients internally to drive long-term partnerships.

Handle client escalations across phone, email, and chat; investigate issues, coordinate with teams and partners, provide timely status updates, escalate complex problems, and suggest process improvements to increase client satisfaction.

Develop creative campaign strategies rooted in consumer psychology for frequent product launches. Translate cultural insights into narratives, collaborate with Design/Marketing/Production, analyze campaign performance, and build a new creative strategy function within a global remote team.

Own and deliver server-side features end-to-end for a cloud-hosted accounting SaaS: design data models and APIs, improve performance and reliability, mentor engineers, ensure observability and on-call readiness, collaborate with product and clients, and apply AI-assisted development safely to accelerate delivery.
