Lead regional trade compliance across Great Britain, Ireland, Europe and the Middle East. Ensure adherence to trade laws, customs, export controls, sanctions, and FTAs. Oversee classification, valuation, origin, audits, AEO certifications, CBAM reporting, training, documentation, and partner with Procurement, Logistics, Legal and Regulatory teams to enable compliant global trade.

Lead sourcing and category strategies for indirect spend (facilities, freight, business services) across ANZ. Manage end-to-end sourcing, supplier negotiations and contracts, deliver cost optimisation, monitor market risks, partner with stakeholders and finance, and improve procurement capability and governance.

Lead global strategy for Ocean Freight and Cold Storage (~CAD $650M spend), manage supplier relationships and SRM, optimize commercial terms and network design, conduct market intelligence, drive risk mitigation and business continuity, oversee global operating model execution, and support sustainability and emissions reduction across McCain's global logistics network.

Lead regional demand planning for frozen product lines across all channels. Validate and deliver an 18-month rolling SKU/country forecast, improve statistical models and data quality, create reporting and processes to support S&OP, collaborate with global teams, interface with sales/production, and train and support the demand planning team.

Coordinate day-to-day rail operations and weekly/annual rail plans to ensure efficient, reliable shipment flow. Manage execution, tracking, exception resolution, stakeholder communications, railcar utilization, cost control, invoice audits, and performance reviews using SAP/S4, TMS, Power BI, and Excel while driving continuous improvement.

Lead global finished-goods network strategy for Global Snacking, defining make-vs-buy decisions, footprint optimization, and product-to-plant flows. Build a new team, run network modeling and scenario planning, embed regulatory and trade compliance, and align regional stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, resilient supply chain solutions.

Lead the global digital procurement strategy, own S2P platform architecture, drive data and spend model governance, integrate AI/automation, build COE digital capability, and lead cross-regional transformation and team adoption.
