Own the Agile PMO operating model, delivery standards, governance, change management, PDLC adoption, operational health metrics, Jira data quality, and AI-first transformation. Develop frameworks, tooling, playbooks, reporting, and adoption strategies across product lines. Partner with product, engineering, HR, and technology leaders to improve organizational efficiency, identify systemic issues, guide operating model changes, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
