Senior communications leader responsible for global earned media strategy, executive and crisis communications, prize lifecycle messaging, and donor-facing narratives. Provide campus safety and security at a drug and alcohol treatment center: greet visitors, screen for contraband, monitor fire panels, perform environmental rounds, de-escalate incidents, assist with admissions paperwork, liaise with emergency services, and communicate patient issues to staff while maintaining confidentiality.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including phone coverage, calendar and inbox management, processing membership and CCAP applications, document preparation, data entry, billing/expense reconciliation, and general office tasks to support enrollment operations and families.

Provide financial leadership for plant operations, leading the plant controlling team. Own budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, monthly close, cost accounting, inventory, and internal controls. Deliver operational financial analysis and partner with manufacturing and IT to improve reporting, ERP data integrity, and financial performance.

Manage full accounts payable cycle: collect and enter invoices and employee expenses, print and mail checks, allocate and reconcile AP to the general ledger, respond to vendor inquiries, support departmental expense tracking, and back up teammates while ensuring safety and compliance.

Sell and manage adoption of Contexture's Health Information Exchange services by cultivating participant relationships, qualifying leads, demonstrating solutions, negotiating contracts, coordinating delivery, and managing account lifecycle and sales funnel. Collaborate with internal teams to define deliverables, support product enhancements, and ensure timely legal and financial processes.

Work with challenger and open-seat campaigns to recruit and place campaign staff, advise on fundraising, paid media, press, and organizing, set goals with leadership, and travel to support assigned campaigns.

Support the principal by leading instructional and cultural vision, teacher coaching, assessments, data-driven improvement, staff supervision, restorative practices, and oversight of student programs and activities to improve academic outcomes.
