Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of AP function, including collection of invoices, employee expenses, inputting data into the system, printing checks, and mailing out checks.
- Responsible for allocating expenses to different departments.
- Responsible for reconciling AP to itself and to the General Ledger.
- Responsible for answering questions from vendors.
- Responsible for collecting data about department expenses.
- Responsible for backing up others in the department.
- Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in accounting preferred
- 5+ years' experience working with Fixed Assets
- Good organizational skills
- Good communications skills
- Experience with Microsoft products
