Lead and teach YPIE Jersey City’s Science Research program for grades 9–12: develop curriculum, guide students through original research and science fairs, provide tutoring in biology/chemistry/physics, grade work using rubrics, engage families and volunteers, manage student records and program logistics, recruit new cohorts, and collaborate with site and cross-site staff to align instruction and supports.

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare forecasts, variance analyses, dashboards, and ad hoc financial models. Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets, monitor performance, identify cost savings, and support long-range planning and audit requests.

Lead and protect the organizations visual brand across campaigns and initiatives. Provide creative direction, develop design systems and templates, manage freelancers and volunteers, design high-impact pieces when needed, collaborate across teams, and foster growth among creative contributors.

Support the Executive Director with marketing and social media, generate blog posts, maintain the membership database, develop membership benefits, and recruit new members. Part-time unpaid internship (10-15 hrs/week), Aug–Nov, mostly remote.

Lead and manage the SONYC after-school program, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with DYCD/DOE/DOH standards, developing curricula and activities, managing budgets and enrollment, cultivating school and community partnerships, maintaining records, and supporting program quality and safety across sites.

Serve as Playlab's Washington lead: recruit and support a cohort of ~10 school/district partners, design and deliver professional learning, coach educators on AI integration, coordinate with Gonzaga and ESDs, run three in-person convenings, support AI Innovation Index assessment, and bring field insights to improve Playlab's platform and programs.

Lead accounting operations including month- and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, payroll/AP/AR oversight, audit and tax coordination, indirect cost proposal preparation, and contract interaction with third-party payers. Mentor accounting staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide administrative support to Finance and Human Resources including donor data entry and acknowledgments, gift shop and invoice payment processing, weekly deposits and major gift emails, maintenance of electronic personnel files and apparel inventory, monthly benefit reconciliations, customer service to donors and team members, and ad hoc special projects.

Manage a cohort of NYC PreK-12 music teachers through regular classroom observations, coaching, professional development planning, performance and curriculum support, teacher accountability, school partnership coordination, event scheduling, and ensuring music rooms meet ETM standards. Serve as Google Classroom author/manager.
