The Chief Marketing Officer will build and lead CEO Life’s scalable, performance-driven marketing engine. Responsibilities include developing chapter-level growth strategies, managing paid media and acquisition channels, optimizing funnels, generating qualified appointments, overseeing creative and copy, building marketing systems and dashboards, and leading Marketing Managers. Success is measured by new member growth, acquisition costs, conversion rates, marketing ROI, and consistent achievement of 20 new members per chapter per month.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring staff, setting team objectives, supporting hiring and performance management, developing a Business Analysis Center of Excellence, and providing leadership with roadmap, budget, and resource-planning insights.

Manage renewals and client service for a book of transportation/trucking insurance accounts. Prepare transactions, analyze MVRs and loss runs, issue certificates, handle claims liaison, ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, support producers/AEs, identify cross-sell opportunities, and oversee account accounting and receivables.

Supports Azure Government cloud infrastructure, web applications, and PaaS environments while partnering with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams. Performs NIST RMF security control assessments, credentialed vulnerability scans, configuration reviews, and security findings analysis. Recommends remediation, evaluates security control effectiveness, and develops artifacts for RMF documentation and accreditation. The role requires Azure administration, Windows and Linux hardening, DISA STIG/SCAP knowledge, DoD IAT III certification, and an active Secret clearance.

The Traffic Engineer will lead traffic studies, design technical solutions, foster client relationships, and oversee quality control for traffic engineering projects.

The Chief Operating Officer will report to the CEO and oversee company locations, store leaders, operational infrastructure, organizational structure, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, improving sales, profitability, cash flow, processes, and staffing, managing vendor relationships, and building a strong company culture. The Account Executive will drive new customer acquisition, develop a sales pipeline, and close deals alongside channel and reseller partners, focusing on cybersecurity solutions.
