The Vehicle Operations Check In Specialist II is responsible for accurately inputting vehicle data, managing vehicle tracking devices, directing transporters, and ensuring safety standards are met during vehicle intake at the auction.

The Regional Safety Manager promotes safe practices in construction, manages compliance with safety regulations, and trains staff to minimize accidents and injuries.

Handle inbound client calls and provide professional customer service from home after initial in-person training. Meet quality and response standards, navigate client tools, send emails, follow procedures, and contribute to team goals and culture.

Provide administrative support to programs or administrators including records management, correspondence, reports, fiscal tasks (invoices, purchase orders), customer interfacing, scheduling, training or supervising staff, and using office data-processing equipment. Review, validate, and enter case data from multiple sources; create and manage case files; verify completeness and resolve inconsistencies; prepare reports, correspondence, and status updates; support deadlines and request additional information as needed for FBI asset forfeiture and law enforcement cases.

Support funeral directors and families by preparing and transporting decedents, setting up services, handling paperwork, greeting guests, maintaining vehicles and facilities, and assisting with logistics, cleanup, and inventory while providing compassionate, confidential service.

Lead enterprise safety strategy and governance across branches to embed safety into daily operations using Lean and DMS. Drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, data-driven KPIs, incident investigations, training, budgeting, and a high-performing safety team to reduce incidents and SIF potential.

Manage relationships with association boards and homeowners, attend board meetings and community events, perform site inspections and walk-throughs, prepare annual disclosure and financial packages, review monthly financial reports, and provide recommendations for capital expenditures to maintain community operations and appearance.

Provide technical front-line support and escalation management for public-safety SaaS, troubleshoot applications, OS, networking and third-party integrations, author knowledge-base content, coordinate cross-functional incident resolution, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor teammates to maintain SLAs and customer satisfaction.
