Lead and own the Salesforce platform: design/configure automation, manage security, releases and sandboxes, partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve data quality, drive adoption through training, manage integrations and DevOps, and maintain documentation and governance.

Requires frequent domestic travel to support multiple facilities.

Provide transaction coordination and client service for corporate real estate portfolios: manage lease expirations, prepare negotiation summaries and reports, support documentation for leases/purchases/subleases, coordinate commissions and revenue entries, update TM systems (Fusion/CoStar/REFLEX), and perform portfolio reporting and administrative tasks.

Manage global Free Trade Agreements, support compliance in special customs programs, analyze trade data, and represent as a subject matter expert in cross-functional projects.

Schedule and allocate repair jobs to operatives and subcontractors, monitor and update job statuses, support IT systems and PDA updates, handle call-centre enquiries, prioritise urgent works, maintain records for audits, assist reporting and continuous service improvements, and liaise with residents, supervisors and contractors to meet KPIs and customer service standards.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CTO and occasional assistance to the Founder/CEO, managing schedules, travel, correspondence, and office logistics.

Manage the lifecycle of household-goods and personal-effects claims, conducting investigations, analyzing coverage, negotiating settlements, and communicating with customers.

Manage the inbound KYC lifecycle: intake, review, and resolve KYC requests; validate documentation for AML/KYC compliance; act as client-facing compliance contact; maintain accurate records and apply evolving global KYC/AML requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and clean audit trails.
