Lead demand generation, product marketing, and content for Laundry SaaS in North America. Drive new-business pipeline, upsell/cross-sell, retention, messaging, launches, budget and KPI reporting (MQLs, CAC, ROI). Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, mentor marketing staff, manage agencies, and optimize marketing efficiency and customer experience across the funnel.

Build and optimize automated and high-volume promotional campaigns in Marketo/CMS, own member journeys, drive segmentation/personalization and testing, analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage AI tools to scale and improve campaign effectiveness.
