The VP of Sales will lead Roo’s revenue organization and integrated sales strategy across hospitals and veterinary providers. Responsibilities include designing territories and coverage models, forecasting, quota management, hiring, enablement, coaching, pipeline quality, CRM and GTM systems, capacity planning, automation, compensation transformations, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data.

Troubleshoot privilege policies, application elevation, endpoint differences, and Resideo Compass connectivity issues. Analyze event data, application rules, services, dependencies, and network behavior; modify policies and rules as needed; validate least-privilege controls; document findings; and provide client knowledge transfer.

Provides Level 2 technical and application support for SaaS, on-premise, integrated, and legacy dental practice systems. Diagnoses issues involving operating systems, browsers, networks, cloud services, and databases; communicates resolutions to dental professionals; documents troubleshooting; manages escalations; creates knowledge content; and identifies opportunities for training, automation, and chatbot improvements.
