The Growth Associate at Crisp is responsible for outbound prospecting, CRM management, and supporting a Growth Advisor in generating qualified leads. This role involves communication with law firm owners, scheduling, and coordinating sales support to maintain a full pipeline of opportunities.

Manage and grow sales of industrial vacuum products within an assigned territory by developing distributor and end-user relationships, meeting annual sales goals, conducting field calls, product demonstrations and building surveys, maintaining SFDC sales pipeline and forecasts, resolving service issues, and coordinating with sales and product teams. Travel within the region and conduct presentations and seminars as needed.

Lead Team Resources strategy and manage TR Business Partners across the retail segment. Drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, compliance, M&A integration, and leader development. Game Guides lead guests through immersive escape room experiences, ensuring enjoyment by facilitating game play, monitoring progress, and maintaining game components.

Provide courteous, professional service to credit union members: open/close accounts, process teller transactions, maintain account information, communicate via phone/in-person/online, and identify opportunities to offer products and services.

The bookkeeper manages accounts payable, reconciles bank statements, processes payroll, and ensures compliance with financial regulations while maintaining accurate records.

Lead and mentor branch-based outside sales representatives to grow commercial, retail, and builder product sales.
