Design, enhance, and maintain GenTax COTS applications using C#, SQL, and Visual Studio. Build and consume SOAP and REST APIs, analyze business requirements, map workflows, troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team supporting tax and motor-vehicle systems.

Coordinate and report cyber incidents for clients: investigate, assess impact, analyze threats and vulnerabilities, provide incident response support, use log query languages for analysis, develop incident response program and security awareness, recommend security solutions, and integrate APIs as needed.

Own expansion within large enterprise accounts: drive growth via renewals and new opportunities, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, build executive relationships, mentor BDRs, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product. Travel 1-3 weeks per quarter.

Lead product strategy and execution for visual collaboration features by aligning cross-functional teams, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, owning the lifecycle from ideation to launch, prioritizing roadmaps for business impact, optimizing KPIs through data-driven iteration, and partnering with design and engineering on technical trade-offs and user experience.

Lead Product Designer focused on systems design: define and evolve interaction patterns, components, and design principles; identify cross-product fragmentation; embed with teams to unblock design; partner with research, engineering, and content to build scalable design systems, prototypes, and frameworks; drive alignment and influence product direction through systems thinking and facilitation.

Supervise daily snow safety operations including avalanche hazard assessment and mitigation, weather and snowpack monitoring, terrain management, equipment maintenance, training, emergency response support, and coordination with Ski Patrol and outside agencies to ensure safe mountain operations.
